OParamArray destructor
Usage
~OParamArray(void)
Remarks
This method destroys the OParamArray and frees its resources. The underlying implementation field will be freed if this is the last object that is referring to it. When the OParamArray is destroyed, any strings that the OParamArray owns (such as parameter name) are also freed.
