USER_SCHEDULER_RUNNING_CHAINS

USER_SCHEDULER_RUNNING_CHAINS shows the state of all chain steps of running chains in the current user's schema. Its columns (except for OWNER) are the same as those in "ALL_SCHEDULER_RUNNING_CHAINS".
