The HTML Form window lets you select the HTML form, HTML action, stream content type, and the form query parameters of interest.
Information about Form, Action, and Content Type
If there is more than one form defined on the Web page, you can select the form of interest in the Form field by pulling down the field.
If there is more than one action defined for a particular form on the Web page, you can select the action of interest in the Action field by pulling down the field.
Note: If you are submitting a custom form, you cannot specify an action.
If the Web page has more than one type of content type (HTML or XML stream), you can specify the format type in the Content Type field by pulling down the field. The default is the HTML format.
Information about Form Query Parameters
Next, enter the form query parameters. The form query parameters display for the form you selected. You can edit the Descriptive Name field for each parameter by placing the cursor in the field and editing the name. If the form query parameter is hidden, the box is checked, and you must enter a default value for that hidden parameter. Form query parameters that are not hidden are not checked and do not need default values to be added; however, you can add them in this step if you want.
