Preliminary report from the TCI experiment in Littleton.

- 2-3 movies a month reported (with free service and lots of incentives)
- 2.5 movies/month is considered break even: this is 12 times the
average of video reantals
- little decline of video rentals reported
CONCLUSION
There is one problem with Video-On-Demand: it's the demand.
