Francesco Tosoni (IPA: [fraŋ'ʧesko to'zoːni]) is currently member of the Acube laboratory directed by professor Paolo Ferragina. His research interests range from algorithms for real world applications to information retrieval and big data analysis.
He received in 2020 the M.Sc. degree in Computer Science and Networking, which has been a joint initiative of the University of Pisa and Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies. His thesis, with the title Algorithms and Data Structures for Efficient Ride Sharing Platforms, won the Con.Scienze 2020 best thesis award.
