XCDE - Copyright notes

The XCDE Library belongs to the authors, compatibly with the copyright of other libraries and commands used (Expat, Zlib, Agrep). Permission is granted to copy the XCDE Library package, to redistribute it on a non-profit basis, and to use it for research, teaching and fun, subject to the following restrictions and understandings:

· Any copy made must include the copyright notice in full, included notices of other libraries used;

· All materials developed as a consequence of the use of this software shall duly acknowledge such use, in accordance with the usual standards of acknowledging credit in academic research;

· The use and redistribution is allowed only for research and teaching purposes. Any other use requires the express, written permission of the authors;

· The authors have made no warranty or representation that the operation of this software will be error-free or suitable for any application, and they are under no obligation to provide any services, by way of maintenance, update, or otherwise.
